Prayer of Illumination

God of Love, we praise your wonderful ways. We give thanks for our redemption, for loving us and forgiving us when we come to you and repent. Father, through the power of the Holy Spirit and the cleansing blood of Jesus, our Redeemer, we aim to be more like you. Fill us with the agape love and the willingness to forgive those who harm us. In Christ, we pray. Amen! (Composed by Rev. Olivet J. Brown)
